Materials Matching, Mixing and Pouring

The burned lime, gypsum and cement are fed respectively by the single screwed-pipe feeder under the buckets to the electronic powder scale. After weighing by the scale, they are fed to the mixer by the feeding device under the scale.

The mortar is pumped into the transition tank in the material match building from the storage tank; after weighing by the scale, it is put into the pouring mixer.

The aluminum power is put into the aluminum powder scale from the aluminum powder mixer. After weighing it is put into the pouring mixer.

The waste mortar is pumped into the transition tank before grinding from the storage tank. Then it is wet ground in the ball miller together with the sand.

The putting order of various kinds of raw materials is a follows: first of all to add mortar and to supply with water, then to add cement, lime, gypsum powder, finally to add aluminum powder suspension.

When pouring, the molds are carried by the ferry cart to the position under the mixer. The dumping arm under the bottom of the mixer is lowered to start pouring, and is lifted by the cylinder when the pouring position is rising up until it is finished.

On the second floor of the material match building there is a central control room equipped with central computer processor and the display screen, which can control measurement of matched raw materials, feeding, mixing and pouring and all matching processes are automatically controlled.
