Application:
The tilting hoister turns the mold 90 degree in the air, demoulds the block and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate. The block on the cutting table is cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running.After completion and running at the pause position,the block is cut horizontally by the corss cutting device when it is driven by the motor to the center of the block.The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically from up to down until it is reset upward.

The Resting, Cutting and Grouping

The molds after pouring are carried by the ferry cart before the resting position, and is drawn to the resting position by the drawing mechanism to rest as initial curing at the temperature about 50°C for about 3.0 hours. The resting room has 28 mold-positions and 22 mold-casings.

When the cut strength is reached, the rested molds are drawn out by the drawing mechanism, hoisted by the turning hoister of the special turning crane and turned to the special cart of the cutting line to make the blanks to be demolded and to stand on the cart. Blanks on the cart are then cut vertically and laterally.

The blanks after cutting are then hoisted by the semi-product hoister of the special load crane together with side plates to the steam-curd cart before the autoclave, with two moulds on one cart. The steam-curd carts are drawn by the drawing mechanism before the autoclave, to be grouped on the rails before the autoclave with six steam-curd carts on one rail before the autoclave.
