Treatment and Storage of Raw Materials

Sand: the dry sand is carried into the plant by self-dumped truck and is fed into the sand bucket, transported by the elevator, weighted by the belt scale and further fed into the ball mill. After wet grinding the mortar is filled into the mortar pond. When its density is adjusted by the densitometer, it is pumped by the mortar pump into the storage tank and is ready for use.

Burned Lime: the burned block lime is carried into the plant by the self-dumped truck, and fed into the lime crusher to crush. The crushed granule lime is transported by the elevator and stocked in crushed lime tank, then further fed into the ball mill by belt conveyor. After dry grinding the milled lime is transported by the elevator into the lime warehouse next to the material match building for use.

Cement: the cement is carried into the plant by the bulk cement tanker, and is directly pumped into the cement warehouse next to the material match building for use.

Gypsum: the ground and bulk gypsum powder is carried into the plant by the bulk cement tanker, and is directly pumped into the gypsum warehouse next to the material match building for use

Aluminum Powder: the purchased aluminum powder paste in drum package is carried into the plant by truck and is stored in the aluminum powder warehouse. The aluminum powder for production is handled to the lifting port of the material match building, then is lifted to the third floor next to the aluminum mixer by the electric chain blocks. After weighing by the electric scale, it is put into the mixer to be mixed into suspension for use.

Waste Mortar: the leftover bits and pieces cut from the cutting line are flushed along the slope chute into the mortar pond to be washed and mixed again to a certain concentration, then are pumped into the storage tank for use by the mortar pump.
