Waste Slurry Treatment

After finishing the hoisting of end products, the side plates run continuously on the rolling channel to the clearing area and are cleared manually there. The scraps to be cleared are carried by the belt conveyor to the collection bucket. The side plates after cleaned are running continuously on the rolling channel under the turning crane, and are assembled there under the mould frame hoisted by the turning hoister. The assembled moulds shall be hoisted again by the turning crane to the returning line of the moulds to be coated with oil there. When panel products are produced, steel bars and webs can be assembly here and circulated pouring can be carried out.
